Jesse Alvarado is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Clarity Child Guidance Center. He provides inpatient and outpatient services at Clarity. Jesse earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the UT Health of San Antonio, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He began his nursing career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, working in psychiatric mental health facilities throughout San Antonio.
Jesse holds his certification as a PMHNP with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse with the Texas Board of Nursing. He is a member of the American Nurses Association and International Society of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses.
Originally from San Antonio, Jesse is happy to live in his hometown and spend time with his son and his spouse.

Dr. Bullock earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health at UT Health San Antonio. Born and raised in Ohio, she attended Ohio University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She then worked in healthcare practice management before returning to school to become a nurse and earn her BSN.

Dr. Bullock earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health at UT Health San Antonio. Born and raised in Ohio, she attended Ohio University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She then worked in healthcare practice management before returning to school to become a nurse and earn her BSN.
Dr. Bullock served active-duty Army for 9 years as an ICU nurse, working at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany during the height of the Iraq/Afghan wars and deploying to Iraq for OIF/OEF/OND.
Dr. Bullock and her family made the journey to Texas so she could work in the Burn ICU and on the Burn Flight Team at the U.S. Institute of Surgical Research. She and her family enjoy being outdoors at the Texas State Parks and National Parks.

Upon completion of his BSN, he served as an Army Nurse Corps officer at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany and with the 86th Combat Support Hospital in Tallil, Iraq.
Hank earned his Master of Science in Nursing degree from UT Health San Antonio in 2017 and his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from UT Health San Antonio in 2020.

Dr. Anne attended the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico where she obtained her medical degree. She was fortunate to be able to travel and get hands on training from renowned medical specialists while studying at Tulane Medical School, Maimonides Medical Center, and New York Medical College. She completed her residency training in Family Practice at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio.
Dr. Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters as well as traveling, baking, and gardening. She speaks English and Spanish and is available to see patients over the age of three for any acute, chronic, and preventative care.
